About us
Welcome to the international online store for white bed linen. At the “THE WHITE LINEN SHOP” you can get a small but very fine assortment of simple bed linen from the German manufacturer WEISS IN WEISS. This brand has, up till now, only been sold in German- speaking countries.
Because we have received so many international requests for our products, we have decided to manufacture our white bed linen in individual sizes according to customer requirements and to distribute these via the THE WHITE LINEN SHOP.
Our main aim is to satisfy you as customers. The basics for this are high standards regarding the manufacturing design, the use of premium fabrics and materials as well as an excellent after-sales service.

Delivery times for special sizes:
Since these are custom- made products, the delivery time will be approximately 4 weeks. We will make every effort to keep production times as short as possible.
Delivery time for standard sizes:
In order to keep your delivery time as short as possible we try to deliver within 2 days after receipt of your order rsp. after payment has been received. If an article is not immediately available, we will inform you immediately about the expected delivery time.
Delivery costs:
The delivery costs inside Germany are 4.90 €.
The delivery costs inside the EU are 14.50 €.

Sale of return
Orders for special sizes are non- returnable.
Orders of standard sizes can be returned within 14 days to us.
Return of sales within Germany:
In case of a sale of return within Germany, please hand the parcel over to your next HERMES- Paketshop with the notice return to sender. There is no need for a new forwarding label for the return shipment. Important is that the “old” forwarding label is still readable on the parcel. If the return shipment is not done via a HERMES- Paketshop, please stamp the parcel sufficiently. Please note that return shipments which are carriage forwarded will not be accepted!
For any orders over 40.00€ (excl. shipment costs), we will take over the return shipment costs. This applies also in case of a partial return shipment. For any orders below 40.00€ (excl. shipment costs), the customer has to take over the return shipment costs. The costs of the return shipment will be charged against the payback amount.
Return shipments from foreign countries:
The costs for return shipments are the responsibility of the customer. Please note that return shipments which are carriage forwarded will not be accepted!

Privacy and data protection
We will use your data only for the handling of your order. All customer data will be saved and handled under consideration of the relevant regulations of the Federal Data Protection Act (BDSG) and of the Tele Services Data Protection Act (TDDSG).
You are entitled to get free information, correction, blocking and cancellation of your saved data. Please refer to info@thewhitelinenshop.de or send your demand via letter to us.
We will not issue your personal data including your home address and email address to third parties without your explicit and at any times revocable agreement. Exempted from this are our service partners, who need your data for the order handling (e.g. the authorized carrier who is dealing with your shipment and the authorized credit institute that is dealing with the handlings of your payment). In this case the extent of the forwarded data is restricted to a minimum.
